Start by filling in the above information, once the preview looks how you want it too, double tap or click/hold to copy the above text. Once you have the signature copied, go into your settings

For Iphone go to your phone settings, then Mail (a little under half way down) Then scroll to the bottom and click on "Signature", select "Per Account", and select your work email. Press and hold to get the paste options.
After pasting you will need to shake your phone which will ask you if you want to undo, hit "undo" and then tap the back arrow at the top to save.

For Android go into your settings in the email app, or somewhere. Who knows, there are like 500 different versions of android produced this month, all with more features and better security than Iphone, yet I can't keep up with them all adsfkjasdjf!
