On the shortcut add:

--disable-features=PrintCompositorLPAC

to the end of the shortcut target, IE: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=PrintCompositorLPAC 

and re-add shortcut to any taskbars/quick use settings to persist.
